Honor

"I am proud of my military service and my fellow Vietnam veterans."

Last Patrol volunteers in North Carolina rallied to honor William Davis, an Army Vietnam veteran in home hospice care. He was presented several patriotic gifts and a Congressional Letter from Senator Ted Budd

William was born in March 1951. He enlisted in the Army after High School and served as Army Artillery Quad 50 Gunner during the Vietnam War from 1970 to 1971. Their area of operations was Dong Ha, Vietnam.

After completing military service, William took employment in various fields, including working as a mechanic, farmhand, woodworker, and in textiles. He has been married to his wife, Pansie, for 53 years. Together they have 5 children, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Today, William is in hospice care with @AGAPE Hospice, and we commend his service to our nation.
