Befriend, Honor, and Support Veterans in Hospice Care

 

How We Make A Difference: 

They served us. We continue to serve them. Our volunteers are committed to veterans on their  Last Patrol and wish to honor their service. 

 

• Can our team do an honor ceremony for your  veteran to celebrate his service? 

• Would you like a Congressional Letter  recognizing your veteran's service? 

• Have a veteran visit your veteran? 

• Get guidance on final veteran benefits?
