Hospices all around the country contact our non-profit to help them find, motivate, and assist veteran volunteers. Most hospices recognize the special importance of veteran-to-veteran volunteers.
We seek partnerships with hospice care providers wherever you may be. Currently we have Last Patrol volunteers with local hospices in 27 states, and we’re growing. We are excited that veterans around the country are noticing the importance of bringing Friendships, Honors, and Support to veterans in hospice.
We offer three (3) types of hospice partnerships to help you strengthen your veteran volunteer program.
Standard Partnership

Senior Partnership

Get added to our Hospice Database for volunteer referrals. Receive Operation Holiday Salute cards.

May use our LOGO and get VLP promotional materials, such as “Honor Your Veteran”.

An annual onsite visit by a Veteran’s Last Patrol staff member to events to promote veteran volunteerism and Automatic Sponsorship of our Annual Honor Ride.
Premium Partnership

Two (2) annual onsite visits by a Veteran’s Last Patrol staff member to events to promote veteran volunteerism in your region and Automatic Sponsorship of our Annual Honor Ride.

We provide “remote honor ceremony kits” to supplement pining ceremonies for veterans in hospice, to include patriotic handcrafts, gifts, and certificates for presentation to the veteran patients.
